About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Post Approval Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure insurance policies can be placed in‑force by obtaining, reviewing, and processing completed documents required after approval. You will work closely with insurance agents, agency staff, and internal partners to clarify requests, resolve document issues, and guide users through procedures.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to interpret requests, and the judgment to determine the appropriate course of action using available tools and resources. You will also prepare documents for electronic signature (DocuSign), verify accuracy, and provide ongoing status updates.
The Post Approval Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the field, maintaining service excellence, and upholding the company’s commitment to accuracy and quality.
Location: Franklin, WI (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | General Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and review post‑approval documents required to place insurance policies in‑force.
Communicate with agents, agency staff, and internal teams via phone and email to clarify needs and resolve issues.
Explain processes, procedures, and documentation requirements in a clear, professional manner.
Evaluate documents for “good order” and correct issues when discrepancies arise.
Prepare and send electronic documents for signature (DocuSign).
Provide timely updates on status requests and ensure accurate documentation tracking.
Determine appropriate next steps or potential solutions based on request type and available resources.
Demonstrate proficiency in all policy issue, change, and reporting processes related to DocuSign requests.
Deliver responsive, high‑quality service to support field partners and internal customers.
Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves)
High school diploma required; accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
Excellent customer service skills, especially in written communication.
Proven ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
