This role plays a critical part in driving aggressive recruiting efforts for both hourly production roles and salaried professional positions, while also supporting employee relations, training, HR systems, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will partner closely with site leadership to understand workforce needs, proactively build talent pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting, onboarding, and retention outcomes. This role is highly visible and hands-on, engaging directly with employees and candidates to help make API Heat Transfer the employer of choice in our community. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Staffing (Primary Focus) Lead and execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Support recruitment for salaried positions across professional, technical, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership. Develop and maintain active talent pipelines through job boards, community partnerships, schools, agencies, referrals, and local outreach.
