Job Title: Hiring all Restoration Technicians and Laborers ASAP

Job Description:

We are hiring Skilled Laborers to join a fast‑growing team with immediate openings and guaranteed overtime . This is a hands‑on role supporting a variety of construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects. If you’re reliable, safety‑minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily jobsite operations including material handling, equipment operation, site prep, and general labor tasks.

• Support skilled trades teams (carpenters, electricians, welders, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) with project setup, installation, teardown, and cleanup.

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

• Load, unload, and stage materials, ensuring work areas remain clean and organized.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and instructions from foremen and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks in various conditions.

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to work overtime , weekends, and extended shifts when needed.

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
