Quality Technician
Contract: 10+ Months
Pay Rate: $25/hour on W2
Work Locations: NYX HQ – 2201 East El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA

Job Summary
The Quality Technician provides technical support to:
Production Units
External Vendors
Quality Laboratories
The role ensures adherence to Quality Systems and regulatory requirements , supporting consistent product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support manufacturing and production teams on quality-related processes
Work with external vendors to ensure quality compliance
Assist quality labs in testing and validation activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems
Perform testing and inspection of:
Packaging components
Bulk materials
Finished goods
Conduct statistical sampling and analysis
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience with strong quality focus)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with FDA and ISO compliance
Knowledge of:
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Auditing processes
Documentation standards
Experience in statistical sampling and testing methods
Color matching experience (preferred)
Background in beauty/cosmetics industry (strong plus)
