Job Summary
The Senior Financial Oracle Reporting Analyst role is to leverage data to provide support in operational reporting and metrics for Corporate and Hospital leadership. The role is established to foster value creation and implementation of the organization’s data strategy through the use of the organization’s data assets. The role will partner with operational leaders to translate company priorities into metrics/ reports and their use into successful implementation of the company priorities. This is a high-impact role designed for a technical expert who excels at translating operational priorities into sophisticated analytical solutions and actionable financial insights.
Essential Functions
Uses specialized technical knowledge of data sets to be a key resource in identifying and correcting data issues.
Partner with leadership to translate organizational priorities into strategic KPIs and reporting frameworks, providing leadership in the design and delivery of Oracle-based analytical solutions that drive business outcomes.
Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across the Oracle ERP environment.
Reviews underlying data in providing auditing/ research to provide leadership areas of opportunity to improve data quality.
Design and deliver complex financial reporting, including General Ledger (GL) analysis, statistical reporting, Income Statements, and specialized healthcare metrics.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline report distribution and enhance the utility of reported data for stakeholders.
Lead proactive auditing and research initiatives to identify data anomalies; develop and implement protocols to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Leverage Oracle analytics to track and report Days of Supply (DOS) for high-cost clinical assets, driving data-informed procurement strategies and cost-containment initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required (Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Clinical Informatics preferred).
3–5 years of advanced experience in a systems analytics role specifically focused on Oracle ERP/Fusion or Revenue Cycle data.
1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting required
Technical proficiency working in databases, spreadsheets, and analytics tools required
Technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as it relates to financial data management and reporting scalability is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven proficiency in Oracle FDI, FRS, and Smart View.
High-level technical knowledge of database structures, SQL, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google Data Analytics tools is highly preferred.
Ability to distill complex technical data into clear, professional narratives for executive leadership.
