Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Provisioning Specialist to support a high-volume Windows device provisioning environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and the full lifecycle of Windows device imaging, provisioning, deployment, shipping, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will be able to step in quickly, work independently, and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.
Key Responsibilities
• Image, configure, provision, and deploy Windows devices for end users
• Manage device enrollment and configuration using Microsoft Intune, with a focus on Windows endpoints
• Prepare and ship hardware assets accurately and on schedule
• Troubleshoot device, provisioning, and deployment issues
• Track work and updates through ticketing systems
• Provide Tier 2 support, while collaborating with broader IT support teams as needed

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, specifically supporting Windows devices
• Several years of experience imaging, provisioning, shipping, and troubleshooting Windows hardware
• Prior experience in computer / IT asset provisioning
• Comfortable working in ticketing systems and managing work queues
• Able to work effectively in an onsite role, with remote managers
• Proven ability to ramp up quickly and operate with minimal supervision
Preferred Background
• Tier 2 support experience preferred; strong Tier 1 candidates or lighter Tier 3 candidates will also be considered
• More seasoned candidates strongly preferred
• Availability to start immediately, or on short notice, is a plus Bilingual English and French
