JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global's Veteran's benefits/disability client in Nashville, TN, is looking to add a team of Intake Specialists to their growing staff in a remote role. Candidates for this position will be able to sit within a three hour radius of either Nashville, TN, or Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales KPI's
○ Make 100+ outbound calls/day to warm leads
○ Input candidate data/documentation in to CRM
§ Personal information, medical information
○ Transfer client to elevated sales specialist
Communicate with veterans compassionately and effectively

Skills and Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, remote call center/sales environment with weekly metrics
Ability to pass a background check PLUSSES:
Experience working with Veterans
