Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee programs. This role assists with onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and enjoys supporting people and processes. You will serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help ensure a positive employee experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in human resources.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role.
Working knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, benefits, and compliance.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting employees.
