Insight Global Data Center Support Engineer in Franklin, Tennessee
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data Center Support Engineer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting Rollins' data center based out of Franklin, TN. On a day to day basis, this person will be addressing a wide array of data center issues/support needs as well as supporting the overall IT networking infrastructure of the data base. They will receive all requests through ServiceNow and will work on both a troubleshooting and project-to-project basis. Pay rate for this position is between $38 and $42/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Around 4+ years of experience in data center/network support
○ Experience supporting a data center and/or servers
§ Disc space issues, data center monitoring, etc.
§ Working with Cisco equipment
§ Doing installs
§ Network management
§ Managing wiring
§ Automation
□ PowerShell scripting
□ Patching
§ Server support
- Active Directory experience
○ Experience using security groups
- Experience/background in Linux
- Enterprise environment experience, high volume experience
- Progression on resume, growth over their career
Good communication/intangibles
