Job Title: Machine Operator - $20/hr - start ASAP!
Job Description
The Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of saws and associated equipment. This role includes troubleshooting dust collection and stacking stations, performing quality inspections, loading and unloading materials into machines, preparing products for shipment, and making necessary machine adjustments. A significant aspect of this position involves monitoring machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain saws and associated equipment.
Operate and troubleshoot dust collection and stacking stations.
Perform quality inspections on products.
Load and unload materials into machines.
Prepare products for shipment.
Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation with a minimum of 6 months.
Experience in measurement techniques.
High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with saws is a plus.
Forklift operation skills.

Work Environment
This position is located at the tail end of the processing department. The work environment includes a dusty setting with minor fiberglass exposure, for which protection is provided. Candidates may need to walk through or over conveyor systems to access various areas around the saws. Work hours are primarily on the third shift from 7 pm to 3 am, transitioning to 11 pm to 7 am as the operation moves to a 24-hour shift schedule. Flexibility to train on the first or second shift is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
