Job Title: The Pizza Factory Supervisor
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour :::
The Pizza Factory Team Leader helps oversee daily kitchen operations and helps in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key duties include:
- Supervising staff during shifts, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, monitoring inventory and restocking supplies, organizing food prep and storage, and providing training and coaching for team members.
- This role also assists with shift planning, enforcing policies, and ensuring every order meets The Factorys quality standards.
- Must be reliable, organized, and a positive leader who sets the tone for great teamwork and service.
