SONRISE SANITATION INC Service Technician - Portable Toilet Service in FRANKLIN, North Carolina
POSITION:Service Technician -Portable Restroom LOCATION: Franklin, NC STARTING PAY: $16-17/hour We are seeking aService Technician and Truck driver(NO CDL required) to clean and sanitize portable restrooms and/or holding tanks on an assigned route on a regular basis. This position will occasionally deliver and/or pickup portable restroom units located on route.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Empty holding tank on the truck
- Remove any debris
- Scrub/sanitize surfaces of portable toilets
- Add fresh water and chemical solution to tank/s
- Spray deodorizer and replenish supplies
- Complete and/or schedule any repairs
- Will occasionally deliver/pickup units as needed
- Other duties requested by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a clean driving record;CDL not required
- Ability to drive a service truck and maneuver in tight areas
- Ability to use pump and other truck accessories to complete job; beable to lift and carry 40-50 lbs
- Must be able to read and follow directions (Average oral and written communication skills)
- Be able to follow oral/written directions and ask questions if directive is unclear.
- Ability to provide, dependable, consistent service on a scheduled basis
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job
