In this position, youll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles while ensuring every job meets the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to explain necessary repairs and provide accurate time estimates
• Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with Ford certifications, tools, and technical bulletins

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ford Certification preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience (Ford dealership experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, including electrical and engine repair
• Proficiency with factory diagnostic tools and repair software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
