Job Description
Join a dynamic team that manufactures a variety of paper products for multiple industries. Our innovative manufacturing process includes coating and slitting to produce high-quality, shiny materials used in cigarette packaging, beer bottle labels, food labels, and more. Responsibilities
Operate coating or slitting machines as part of a 3-person team.
Assist and shadow machine operators during the contract period.
Utilize computerized controls for machine operation.
Troubleshoot and make small adjustments to machinery.
Handle heavy rolls of material using forklifts, with training provided if necessary.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in machine operation, ideally 2 years.
Mechanically inclined and computer literate.
Experience with forklift, coating machine, slitter machine, and overhead crane.
Proficiency in troubleshooting machine issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Machine troubleshooting capabilities.
Forklift experience preferred but not required.
Prior experience in a coating or slitting company is advantageous.

Work Environment
Work a rotating schedule with shifts every other week from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. Day shifts include one weekend day every other week, while night shifts do not include weekends. Enjoy paid breaks with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch during your 12-hour shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
