Our Security Officer positions play a key role in upholding these values. We are currently hiring for a Badge Administrator Supervisor opportunity at a corporate client site in Franklin, MA . This role involves supporting badge administration, cardholder management, and access assignment requests, while helping maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and daily site operations. The position also supports access control systems, issue resolution, reporting, and collaboration across teams to ensure professionalism, vigilance, and integrity in daily operations.

Badge Administrator Supervisor

Location: Franklin, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Sites vary on contract wage, location, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Badge Administration and Access Support:

Serve as a primary resource for cardholder management, badging operations, and access assignment requests. Create, update, and maintain badge access levels and permissions in alignment with site procedures and security guidelines.

Ticketing and Issue Resolution:

Manage ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and escalation for badge-related requests and access issues. Help ensure timely follow-up and coordination with the appropriate internal teams.

System and Security Support:

Provide support for access control systems and related security technology. Assist with resolving issues involving physical access systems and security equipment as needed.

Training and Oversight:

Provide internal training, guidance, and day-to-day support for badge administrators and other team members involved in access management processes.

Audit and Compliance:

Support the review and maintenance of cardholder data, access levels, and permissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.

Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between badging, security technology, and project teams to support smooth communication, coordinated execution, and continuity of service.

Incident Response and Reporting:

Respond appropriately to badge or access-related issues, document findings, and maintain accurate records of security support activity, incidents, and observations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous security, badge administration, access control, or related operations/support experience is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple requests, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Certifications: Security experience, access control system experience, or related training is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to remain active throughout the shift, move throughout the facility as needed, and respond to site or security-related issues.
