? What You’ll Do
Perform a wide range of mechanical maintenance tasks across the facility
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Conduct hands-on diagnostics to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment
Install replacement parts and ensure proper machine functionality
Fabricate new parts as needed to support production operations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64064.00 - $64064.00/yr.

You can earn 1 bonus day for every 4 months of perfect attendance (up to 3 days per year - these are PAID days off). -They do bonuses 2 times per year - the compensation is based on company performance and hitting core metrics -Full time benefits after 30 days of employment (on the first day of the calendar month) -Vacation - 40 hours 1st year 3 yrs - 2 weeks vacation 6 years - 3 weeks vacation 15 years - 4 weeks vacation
