CHECK 1) Daily inspection of brazing furnace for mass production conditions 2) BRAZING ? 2) Input the daily brazing Estimated quantity and production performance 3) , , , ? 3) Facility inspection and maintenance by daily, weekly, monthly and annually 4) ? BRAZING? 4) Management of mass brazing production condition according to the working standard 5) ? 5 ZONE, ? 8 ZONE BRAZING HEATER 5) Management of brazing heat temperature for the preheat 5 zone and braze heat 8 zone 6) ? 5 ZONE, ? 8 ZONE BRAZING HEARTH ROLLER 6) Check and management for the Preheating 5 zone and heating 8 zone's operation status 7) ?, ?, ? R/C FAN, FAN 7) Check and management of R/C fan and Cooling fan at preheating room, slow cooling room, impact cooling room. 8) PURGING , , PPM ? 8) Check and management at nitrogen internal purging, external inlet pressure and oxygen PPM status 9) CONTROLLER ? PPM 9) Check and management for the controller and oxygen PPM. 10) ? CHILLER 10) Check for the recirculation of chiller water 11) BRAZING? ? 11) The general management of brazing product and brazing condition 12) TANK GAS , ?-? VALVE, GAS LEAK , ?
