Lab Technician – 1st Shift

What You’ll Do
Perform quality tests on magnet wire and materials
Help with sample preparation and support production and R&D projects
Assist with mixing and preparing enamels, thinners, and lubricants
Inspect raw materials and finished chemical products
Use lab equipment and measuring tools to run tests
Record data accurately and complete simple reports
Follow written procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Work with technicians and engineers to solve quality issues
Use basic computer systems and quality tools
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma required (a science degree is a plus but not required)
1+ year of any lab, QC, or hands-on testing experience preferred
Basic understanding of lab techniques
Experience in GMP or ISO environments is a plus—not required
Comfortable using computers
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Clear communicator and team player

Schedule & Work Environment
2-2-3 schedule | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM for the first 2–4 weeks
Clean, climate‑controlled lab

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.11/hr.
