Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support a team in delivering excellent service and ensuring operational efficiency. Based in Franklin, Indiana, this role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing order fulfillment processes and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of five customer service representatives, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

• Oversee the complete order processing cycle, from entry to fulfillment, while identifying areas for improvement.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication and ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support skill development.

• Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of customer service processes and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer service activities.

• Prepare and analyze reports related to customer service metrics and team performance.

• Participate in recruiting and training efforts to build a strong customer service team.

• Act as a liaison between the team and management, facilitating clear communication and reporting.

Requirements • Proven experience in customer service management or a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of order entry and fulfillment processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

• Proficiency in call center operations and customer service practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis related to customer service.

• Commitment to fostering a positive team environment and driving continuous improvement.
