Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader for Consulting Services, you will develop strategy for assigned accounts and participate in the development of overall strategy. You will be responsible for overall performance for assigned accounts and for servicing and selling solutions in other accounts, industries, and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Develop Account Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies for assigned accounts, aligning with the overall business objectives and driving growth through innovative solutions and exceptional client service. * Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and relationships to expand the organization's presence in the market and increase revenue. * Deliver Client Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' unique needs and exceed their expectations. * Manage Account Performance: Oversee the overall performance of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable growth. * Foster Industry Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers in assigned industries, staying abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strategic Leadership Experience: Deep expertise in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and expansion in consulting services, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client results. • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of specific industries, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients. • Solution Development Experience: Experience in designing and delivering complex solutions that meet clients' unique needs, with a focus on innovation, quality, and delivery excellence. • Business Development Acumen: Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and sales efforts. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including sales, delivery, and industry experts, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client results.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Industry Thought Leadership: Deep expertise in driving innovation and growth in consulting services, with a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and industry expert. • Complex Solution Design: Experience in developing and delivering large-scale, complex solutions that drive business outcomes and exceed client expectations. • Market Trend Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and emerging opportunities, leveraging this knowledge to inform business strategies and drive growth.
