Als Chemikant*in innerhalb unseres Produktionsteam wirst du in einem innovativen Produktionsumfeld automatisierte Anlagen bedienen und als Teil eines erfahrenen Teams zur Qualität unserer API-Produktion beitragen. Bereit für deinen Einstieg?

Das Team besteht aus engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen, dass die Expertise besitzt einen großen Anlagenteil zu betreuen. Hierzu benötigen wir qualifizierte Chemikanteninnen, die mit der großen Verantwortung umgehen können.

Du bist bereit, die Grenzen des Möglichen neu zu definieren? Du bist ein Teil von Sanofi und trägst du dazu bei, Millionen von Menschen auf der ganzen Welt zu helfen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Bedienen und Überwachen von automatisierten bzw. PLS-gesteuerten Produktionsanlagen

• Bedienen und Steuern von halb- oder nicht automatisiert betriebenen Anlagen sowie von Flurförderfahrzeugen

• Einwiegen von Wirk- und Hilfsstoffen, sowie herstellen von Puffer- und Ansatzlösungen

• Kalibrieren von Analysenmessstellen

• Durchführen von Probenahmen zur Überwachung der Produktqualität

• Reinigung von Apparaten, Behältern und Gerätschaften

• Führen von prozessbegleitender Dokumentation

• Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien bei der Produktion und von Richtlinien für Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz

• Reinigung und Sauberhalten der Produktionsgebäude (Böden, Wände, Fenster, Treppen, Aufzug, Behälter und Apparate)

Über dich

Erfahrung :

• Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen, chemischen Prozessen oder vergleichbaren technischen Umgebungen (auch durch Ausbildung, Praktika oder Quereinstieg möglich)

• Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung der Anforderungen der guten Dokumentationspraxis

• Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in GMP und HSE

Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten :

• Zuverlässigkeit und Konzentrationsfähigkeit für präzise Arbeitsabläufe

Ausbildung :

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemikant*in

Sprachen :

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
