FM Business Administrative Manager (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrative Manager (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt office on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Frankfurt Operation by managing facilities, administrative processes, and employee‑related activities to ensure the cost‑effective use of personnel, equipment, and office space. As a key member of the Operations Management Team , the role works in close alignment with the Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee office facilities, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
Lead and develop the administrative team, including reception and mail services
Maintain office procedures and support internal communications and local events
Manage onboarding logistics (workspace setup, badges, equipment)
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and coordinate safety activities
Support inclusion initiatives and BRG activities locally
Manage facility services, company cars, security, utilities, and capital expenditures
Partner with Corporate Finance to oversee the local operations budget
Taking care of in-office catering needs and planning events (e.g. Kick off, Christmas Party)
Qualifications
Commercial education or comparable background
Professional experience in administration or facilities management
Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Analytical thinking combined with a strong service orientation and a focus on continuous improvement
Team leading competency and joy in team and cross-department collaboration
Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and business continuity processes
Confident decision‑making skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
