In der MIB Anlage wird das gesamte Insulin Wirkstoff Portfolio von Sanofi gentechnisch hergestellt. Ein hochkompetentes und hochmotiviertes Team, bestehend aus ca. 350 Mitarbeiterinnen, stellt täglich Insulin als lebensrettendes Medikament für unsere Patientinnen her, in der richtigen Menge und in der richtigen Qualität, stets unter strengsten HSE Vorgaben.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Verantwortung als Leiter der Herstellung

• Sicherstellung / Weiterentwicklung der kommerziellen Produktion von Insulinen im Betrieb MIB FIS (Prozessstufen 1-10, d.h. Fermentation und Aufarbeitung)

• Wahrnehmung der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Weisungsbefugnis des unterstellten Betriebspersonals

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien für die Produktionsabläufe sowie der regulatorischen Zulassungen

• Mitwirken bei der Durchführung von Inspektionen / Audits im HSE / GMP-Bereich

• Ausrichten der Produktionsaktivitäten nach konzerninternen KPI-Vorgaben (+QDCI)

• Aktive Unterstützung von Projekten, insbesondere Produkttransfers, zur Weiterentwicklung der Herstellprozesse und organisatorische Abläufe hinsichtlich Effizienz, Robustheit, Qualität, Compliance, Sicherheit, Digitalisierung und Umweltauswirkungen

• Aktives Talentmanagement, Weiterentwicklung Führungsverantwortung und Feedback-Kultur

• Unterstützung moderner Problemlösungsstrategien (GPS etc.)

• Koordination der Erstellung und Pflege der Herstelldokumentation

• Proaktives Agieren als Change Agent

Über dich

• Erfahrung :

• 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von gentechnisch hergestelltem API (Biological) unter BLA Vorgaben

• Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten :

• Hohe Motivationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit Menschen zu begeistern und zusammenzuführen, um ein gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen.

• Ausbildung :

• Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit PhD

• Sprachen :

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend
