Your key responsibilities include:
General responsibilities (all levels):
Support banquets, meetings, conferences and events with international guest
Ensure smooth service operations during meals, breaks, receptions and coffee services
Prepare, set up and restock event spaces , buffets, breaks and conference tables
Provide warm, professional hospitality throughout the event
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and brand standards across all banquet areas
Cooperate closely with the banquet kitchen, event operations, stewarding and service teams
Set-Up Clerk:
Prepare all event rooms according to BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications
Set up conference tables, chairs, linen, water stations, signage, flipcharts, staging & technical materials
Arrange coffee breaks , snack setups and buffet layouts before guests arrive
Ensure all equipment (glasses, cutlery, service items, trolleys) is ready and available for the service team
Support meeting planners, banquet supervisors and service teams with room resets & layout changes
Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of storage rooms and event equipment
Assist with basic loading/unloading , transport of materials & replenishment during events
Commis Banquet:
Prepare mise en place for events and support setup of rooms, breaks & buffets
Assist in the delivery of food and beverage service
Ensure accurate material setup (pads, pens, water, glassware, coffee machines, décor)
Maintain professional room readiness between sessions
Support colleagues across all banquet operations
Demi‑Chef de Rang Banquet:
Execute professional service during meal periods , breaks and conference services
Act as point of contact for guest requests and basic concerns
Support the Chef de Rang with organizing workflows & supervising setups
Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding for timing and replenishment
Ensure cleanliness, quality and efficiency throughout the event
Chef de Rang Banquet:
Lead service execution for assigned banquets , meetings or large events
Supervise Commis and Demi Chefs de Rang; assign tasks & ensure team readiness
Oversee timings, quality, communication flow & guest satisfaction
Handle special requests, VIP guests and service recovery professionally
Ensure event setups match BEO ( Banquet Event Order) requirements
Act as key link between culinary, banquet operations & event management
Uphold standards, support training and ensure strong service delivery
Be able.
Eagerness to grow, learn and contribute to a motivated, family-like team
Calm and confident even during large events or high-pressure service periods
Hospitality mindset - whether experienced or just starting out
Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Professional appearance, reliability and guest-oriented thinking
