FM Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to join the Operations Engineering team . The successful candidate will support the Operations Engineering Manager in various business-related topics and projects in our Frankfurt office. This is a full-time opportunity; however part-time (minimum 80%) would be considered.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administrative support, e.g., preparing presentations, organizing meetings, etc.

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events for a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the Engineering management team.

  • Deliver internal training sessions (e.g., safety equipment, travel planning, and expense reporting).

  • Prepare analyses and reports for the management team, including monitoring and quality control of reporting.

  • Oversee and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) for field service personnel.

  • Support the Frankfurt administration team on specific projects or where there is a need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, relevant vocational education (Berufsausbildung) or equivalent, and several years of work experience in the administrative environment of an international company.

  • Hands-on mentality, self-motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented.

  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written, in German and English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks. Ideally, prior experience in event planning.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Independent and thorough working style.

  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
