The internship role provides in-depth exposure to SitusAMC and other areas of the business where the candidate will receive guidance and work closely with experienced professionals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Learn and understand ProMerit configuration editors that enhance and customize system functionality and performance, including but not limited to facility setup, bank account creation, edit check configuration, automation building, requirements gathering and project deliverables.

  • Learn and understand the ProMerit product from a business and technical lens to include but not limited to product design, business requirements, system capabilities, capacity planning and agile methodologies.

  • Learn and understand development processes to include but not limited to sprint planning,

  • Learn and understand system reliability duties to include but not limited to system maintenance, scheduling software updates, performing upgrades to a SaaS platform.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Create, participate, and provide feedback in prospective client presentations

  • Perform tasks and reporting related to warehouse financing in ProMerit

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

  • Detail oriented and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Proven skills demonstrating strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Preferred Skills: MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$20.00 - $25.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
