Job Summary:
The Paralegal will provide administrative support and utilize the company’s information systems and Microsoft Office products to review and organize information, and execute related tasks as directed. This position may also be required to conduct and interpret legal research.
Requirements for a Paralegal include but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree or recent law school graduate (J.D.’s) with 2-5 years’ of relevant work experience in a law firm or government agency.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and a strong aptitude for accuracy.
Proficiency with MS Office products such as Excel (including filters and lookups, etc.), Outlook, and Teams.
Demonstrated ability to read and accurately interpret statutory language.
Willingness and skill to learn on the job, work independently, and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
2-5 years’ of paralegal experience with history of detailed project work, or employment history in a state or federal agency.
Proficiency with HCM software such as Workday or Oracle, and/or other integrated platforms.
Able to work EST or CST zone business hours.

Pay Range: $30-$42.50 per hour
Temp Assignment - 3 mos. contract w/possibility of extension.
REMOTE: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM EST or CST

Pay Details: $30.42 to $42.52 per hour
