Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will lead financial operations and planning for corporate functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering actionable insights. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and make a significant impact on organizational performance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of financial reporting and effective business partnering for corporate functions such as HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process for corporate functions, providing concise performance summaries and analysis of key business drivers.
• Drive operational and financial planning processes for corporate functions, ensuring plans align with strategic objectives and are achievable.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and their progress.
• Partner directly with corporate transformation leadership to manage and analyze capitalized projects, including financial reporting and accounting.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to support corporate functions.
• Present financial insights and performance updates to senior leadership and executive committees as required.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a public company setting; management experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience supporting corporate general and administrative functions is highly desirable.
• Global perspective on market trends, technology, and industry developments.
• Commitment to integrity, transparency, and collaborative leadership.
