This innovative initiative offers sustained, flexible, and relationship-centered support to individuals and families impacted by mental health challenges - particularly those who have not benefited from traditional clinical interventions or who may feel disconnected from institutional systems.
As a Family Partner, you will walk alongside families with patience and respect, helping to rebuild trust, foster connection, and create new pathways forward grounded in shared experience.
This is a primarily in-person, community-based role, requiring flexibility to meet families where they are—both geographically and in terms of scheduling needs.

Enduring Connections is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with authentic relationships. In partnership with the program’s founders, Advocates is bringing this unique model to families across Massachusetts who are seeking a different kind of support—one that prioritizes compassion, persistence, and understanding over systems and structures.
