Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for an Executive Administrative Assistant (VP Support) in Framingham, MA . This is a great opportunity to apply your executive-level administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while supporting senior leadership.

Hybrid schedule – onsite Tuesday and Wednesday
Schedule & Pay
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:15 PM (36.25 hours/week)
$28.41 – $36.60 per hour
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple executive calendars for senior leadership (VP and AVPs)
Coordinate travel, expenses, and scheduling logistics
Support HR and Talent program processes and reporting
Organize meetings, events, and department initiatives
Maintain administrative systems, files, and workflows
Handle confidential communications and interact with internal and external stakeholders
What You Need
7+ years of administrative experience with executive-level support
Experience supporting senior leadership (VP level or above)
Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced corporate environment
Experience working in large corporate organizations preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience supporting HR or Talent Management teams
Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems

Pay Details: $28.41 to $36.60 per hour
