Job Openings: Shifts, Pay & Weekly Bonuses:
- 1st Shift (6:00AM -- 2:30pm or 7:00AM - 3:30PM): $17.00/hr
- 2nd Shift (2:00PM -- 10:30PM or 3:00PM - 11:30PM): $17.75/hr
- 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:30AM or 11:00PM -- 7:30AM): $18.00/hr
Tasks:
- Operates machinery in a safe and productive manner ensuring parts are built to the manufacturing plan.
- Reads and understands specifications and follows verbal and written instructions.
- Ensures housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Adheres to all corporate and plant level rules and regulations.
- Supports an attitude of team work and contributes to continuous improvements.
- Understands the importance of quality and assists in the achievement and maintenance of TS 16949 certification.
- Understands the importance of the environment and assists in the achievement and maintenance of ISO 14001 certification.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and machine operation instructions.
- Basic math skills to support SPC and data gathering techniques.
- Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time on the manufacturing floor
