Pay: $ 25.00/hr -$30.00/hr
Shift/Hours: Onsite 8:00am to 5:00pm
Schedule: Monday – Friday
The Junior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential support to the recruiting team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive candidate experience and ensuring hiring processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to support initiatives such as internship and early career programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Recruiters throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate travel coordination, ATS data entry, and workflow tracking
Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, including check-in, event planning, meals, candidate escorting, time management, expense reimbursement, and debrief sessions
Prepare candidate offer letters, relocation package agreements, and assist with onboarding coordination
Assist with planning and execution of recruiting events, career fairs, and internship/early career programs
Track and report recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline activity
Help manage job postings and internal requisition processes
Maintain and organize candidate records and recruiting documentation in internal systems
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Support special Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in recruiting
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred
Experience supporting internship or early career programs is a plus
Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, or event coordination preferred
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
