Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional sales skills and a proven track record of exceeding quotas

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers using various prospecting methods.

  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Communicate the value of products/services to both potential and existing customers.

  • Conduct software demonstrations to showcase functionality and benefits.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience i

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills .

  • Proven experience in exceeding sales quotas .

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills .

  • In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and software solutions .

  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite .

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
