D&W Fine Pack Production Supervisor - 12-Hour Night Shift in Fountain Inn, South Carolina
Description
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and effectively. The Production Supervisor will lead and coach plant personnel in a safety-first environment, while supporting continuous improvement through waste reduction, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay based on experience
12-hour night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead production team members on assigned shift
Promote and enforce all safety, environmental, and GMP policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
Monitor production performance and adjust staffing, workflow, and priorities to meet production schedules
Maintain accountability for attendance, performance, and corrective actions
Ensure product quality standards, GMP compliance, and housekeeping expectations are consistently met
Train, coach, and develop employees, including onboarding and implementation of standard work
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to resolve operational issues
Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and efficiency projects
Assist in developing and managing employee work schedules to maximize productivity
Maintain accurate production reports and employee records, including performance and attendance
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
Ensure timely reporting of safety concerns, incidents, and workplace injuries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with timekeeping systems and production reporting
Knowledge of safety standards and GMP practices preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
