D&W Fine Pack Preventative Maintenance Technician in Fountain Inn, South Carolina
Description
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

Pay & Schedule
Pay Range: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour for nights
Schedule: Panama 12-hour rotating schedule (every other weekend off)
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and water systems
Replace and repair motors, drives, and cabinet coolers
Read and interpret basic prints, schematics, and manuals
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
Assist with minor repairs to production and facility equipment
Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance areas in an organized manner
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read basic blueprints, prints, or schematics
Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
Skills for Success

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good attention to detail and follow-through

Willingness to learn and grow technical skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work
Comfortable working around machinery and in varying conditions
Work Environment
Manufacturing or industrial setting
Exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
May require overtime or flexible scheduling based on production needs
