Job Summary:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• [Work closely with production scheduling to process customer orders.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Oversee the mixing room operation and employees.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Responsible for quality, production, safety, raw materials and WIP inventories, and personnel training of mixing area.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Participates in coordination of repairs and engineering upgrades as needed.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Coordinates schedules and schedule changes as needed]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Work closely with lab and quality personnel to ensure quality compliance.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Maintain and manage Mesabi Engineering software and communicate with Mesabi personnel as needed.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
