HR On Demand, LLC Lawn Care Maintenance in Fostoria, Ohio
Renhill has teamed up with a Lawncare company located in Fostoria, OH specializing in lawn maintenance and care services. The focus is on quality workmanship and attention to detail; this company offers a range of services to help clients achieve and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a year-round position. We are seeking two:
1st Shift Lawn Care Maintenance Monday-Friday 7:45am-when the job is finished, Saturday work available (will take volunteers) $15.00-$18 D.O.E. and possible performance-based increases.
Duties:
Check equipment is available on the vehicle assigned for use for the day; check fuel levels on all equipment assigned for the day; verify equipment is in proper working order.
Upon arrival at each work site employee is expected to do an inspection of the property and remove any trash and/or natural debris accumulated since last visit; perform the scheduled maintenance of the property; document the visit on company paperwork; inspect property to verify all scheduled maintenance has been completed; travel to next work site.
Report any problems/issues at the job site or equipment issues to the Crew Leader or Owner immediately.
Upon completion of work duties for the day, return to shop location, remove any accumulated trash or debris collected and place it in appropriate container for disposal, prepare and make ready for next workday all equipment
Punch out on automated time clock upon completion of duties for the day.
Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures while performing duties including the wearing of appropriate safety equipment.
Employees will operate zero turn mowers, stand-up mower units, string trimmers, gas powered blowers and hedge clippers, metal blade edgers and other hand tools used for landscaping. Training will be provided.
Requirements: willing to work in all weather conditions, and have transportation to Fostoria from there you will ride in company vehicles to job locations.
