*SUMMARY: *The purpose of this position is to operate and maintain the flour mill under the direction of the Head Miller/Shift Miller. This position will sustain the Mission and Motto and Food Safety and Quality Statement of the Mennel Milling Company.

• [Follow all food and personal safety rules and regulations in respect to GMP's, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, the US FDA Food Safety Modernization Act as stated in the FS&Q Statement, and sanitation guidelines as set forth by the company as listed in Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) and attend all required training sessions. Maintain the department/facility in an everyday audit ready condition.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Coordinates with Head Miller/Shift Miller to process the transfer of all flour products.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Responsible to transfer flour per quality department and customer specifications.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Perform quality analysis and food safety check on flour transfers.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assists Head Miller/Shift Miller with mill changes and daily operations.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assists with mill equipment repairs, as needed.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following SOPs and master sanitation schedule.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
