ManpowerGroup Technical Program Manager, Energy and Thermal Integration in Foster City, California

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be supporting the Energy & Thermal Integration teams, contributing to the development and successful delivery of vehicle attributes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Energy and Thermal Integration

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $76/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Align Jira tools and formats with cross-functional teams to ensure transparent development plans and milestone tracking.

  • Guide Energy & Thermal Integration Attribute teams in establishing integrated hardware and software development plans.

  • Update weekly heatmaps and dashboards to monitor attribute progress and vehicle performance issues.

  • Support budget forecasting, tracking deviations, and ensuring timely resource allocation.

  • Coordinate cross-team meetings, document action items, and drive process improvements for workflow efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Engineering degree with 4+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle development or related fields.

  • Proficiency in project and issue management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle development cycles, including validation across hardware and software components.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

  • Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and cross-team blockers, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
