The Lead Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s clients, will conduct comprehensive research and analysis of geopolitical, economic, and security-related risks impacting the client’s people, assets, supply chain, and reputation. The Analyst enhances the client's security operations and strategic objectives by gathering, analyzing, and disseminating risk intelligence as part of a global team of specialists.
Responsibilities
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of geopolitical, economic, environmental, and security-related risks impacting the pharmaceutical industry.
Monitor global events and trends to assess their impact on the client's regional operations.
Leverage a variety of open-source and proprietary information channels to provide actionable intelligence to multiple stakeholders.
Produce detailed risk assessment reports, briefing notes, and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Communicate complex risk scenarios effectively to non-specialist audiences within the client organization.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate information flow and alignment of risk management strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management by delivering timely intelligence updates.
Stay updated on industry best practices in risk intelligence and apply innovative approaches to enhance analytical capabilities.
Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for improved risk assessment processes.
Under the supervision and direction of the Intelligence Senior Manager, supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts, overseeing daily workflows, performance, workload prioritization, and professional development.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field, preferred. Experience in risk intelligence analysis within the pharmaceutical or related industries or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Bi-lingual skills; English and Spanish, preferred.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in using intelligence analysis tools and software.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Serve as an effective team leader.
Attentive to detail and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Effective independent judgment and decision-making ability.
