Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Jira Admin/Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Jira Admin/Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Support Department, supporting cross-functional technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $75/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
Support and maintain Jira and Confluence environments for engineering teams, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Assist technical teams with configuring Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and permission schemes to streamline processes.
Automate and integrate Jira with other developer tools to enhance productivity and traceability.
Develop insightful dashboards and reports to monitor project health, team performance, and key metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows, document processes, and implement continuous improvements.
What's Needed?
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience in technical program management or project management within a software development environment.
Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, including advanced configuration and JQL queries.
Experience with Agile methodologies and integrating Jira with SDLC tools like Git.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
