We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST.
Principal responsibilities
Support daily operation of New Business (Indexing, data capture, cool off cancel, admininstration etc.) within the committed service turn around time
Data capture and verification of the insurance application
Provide clerical support (e.g. report handling/prepare SMS and email to client/returned mail etc.)
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by requirement
Handle enquiries from underwriters and colleagues from other departments
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT. Capability of workflow and procedure writer.
Strong self-motivation and strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details
Good analytical skills, together with the ability to support decisions with sound reasoning
Problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and to the highest level of accuracy and accountability
Ability to work under pressure, both autonomously and within
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
