岗位职责
基于 Microsoft Power Platform 平台开展工厂运营数字化升级，搭建可视化、标准化、自动化的数据呈现体系；通过 Power BI 数据看板、报表为管理层提供决策支撑，助力优化生产流程与资源配置。
负责 Power BI 数据全生命周期管理，包括数据清洗、校验、维护及更新，确保数据准确、完整、及时，高效满足各部门数据需求。
负责 Power Apps 定制化业务应用开发，根据工厂实际业务场景搭建表单应用及移动端工具，支撑日常业务高效运转。
运用 Power Automate 实现业务流程自动化，搭建审批流转、数据同步、自动通知、跨系统对接等自动化流程，减少人工重复操作，提升整体运营效率。
根据各部门数据需求，分析业务痛点，结合低代码平台能力设计并落地定制化数据解决方案，提升数据处理效率与业务运营能力。
监控数据系统运行状态，及时排查并解决数据异常、系统故障等问题，制定应急预案，保障数据服务稳定连续运行。
高效完成上级交办的各项工作，积极参与跨部门协作项目，推动数据驱动的业务决策落地执行。
任职要求
大专及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、统计学等相关专业优先。
具备扎实的 VB 或JAVA基础，熟悉低代码开发逻辑与流程；能够基于 Microsoft Power Platform 独立完成全流程开发与实施，熟练掌握 Power BI、Power Apps、Power Automate、Dataverse 等核心组件，可独立搭建可视化数据看板、标准化报表体系及自动化业务流程。
精通 Power BI 数据全生命周期管理，熟练完成数据清洗、校验、维护与更新，具备极强的数据敏感度，确保数据准确、完整、及时，高效响应各部门数据需求。
熟练运用 SQL 进行数据查询、分析与处理；掌握 Excel 高级函数、数据透视表等操作，具备数据可视化能力，可使用 Power BI、Tableau 等制作数据报表与看板。
熟练使用 Power Apps 搭建定制化业务应用，通过 Power Automate 实现审批流转、数据同步、通知提醒等流程自动化，结合业务场景落地低代码解决方案，提升效率、减少重复工作。
了解数据治理知识，可参与数据标准与规范制定，推进数据安全与合规管理，具备良好的数据保密意识，防范数据泄露与滥用。
具备数据系统运维意识，能够监控系统运行状态，排查数据异常与系统故障，可制定应急预案，保障数据服务稳定运行。
对制造行业数字化管理有浓厚兴趣，愿意深耕低代码开发与数据管理方向，具备快速学习新知识、新技术的能力。
工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备优秀的执行力、问题解决能力与抗压能力，能按时高质量完成工作任务。
具备良好的沟通协调与跨部门协作能力，可与技术团队、业务部门高效对接，准确理解需求并推动项目落地，支撑数据驱动的业务决策。
有制造业数据管理、低代码项目开发经验，或持有数据分析师、低代码开发相关证书者优先。
