We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of BFCR MANAGER-ECRU.
Principal responsibilities
Ensure the quality of deliverables through regular process checks and review of output, applying appropriate professional judgement and expertise in day-to-day work
Ensure all tasks and initiatives comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, as well as local and Group policies and standards, and minimize risk to the Group
Collect, maintain, and document information and data to support ongoing risk control and monitoring, ensuring accurate recording in internal systems
Support management in performing control activities for ongoing risk monitoring, as well as ad hoc projects
Identify opportunities for, and implement, cost reduction initiatives where appropriate
Provide accurate and timely project updates and management information (MI) to management and key stakeholders.
Identify and escalate critical or exceptional issues to management
Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships to ensure deliverables are achieved smoothly and within agreed timelines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking or relevant AML/KYC exposure (e.g., CDD, EDD, screening)
Sound knowledge and practical experience in project management, PMP is an advantage
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new jurisdictions, policies, procedures, and guidance, with the confidence to communicate these effectively
Ability to implement Group risk management policies and procedures
Ability to deliver at pace with a strong focus on results, while managing multiple priorities
Proactive and business-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands, assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience, and demonstrate resilience under pressure while delivering best-in-class solutions
Ability to work effectively under pressure with a high degree of accuracy

Deliver project tasks within agreed budgets and timelines, ensuring a consistently high standard of output.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach
Additional language capability aligned to key markets is an advantage
Strong telephone communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within RBW and across other lines of business
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
