Description
As the Procurement Governance and Reporting Officer at Northrop Grumman you will play an active role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of procurement processes, data and reporting. Working at the intersection of governance, data analytics and risk, you will use your strong background in governance to investigate compliance to ensure alignment with enterprise policies, while also playing a key role in developing continuous improvements and dashboards, analysing supply chain performance and monitoring risk and compliance.
You will have a passion for investigation and will use your strong networking and communication skills to deliver training and educate members of the procurement team on consistent application of best practice. Additionally, you will use your passion for data to deliver reporting and presentations to senior leaders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance*
Minimum 5 years of experience in governance/ procurement
Expertise SAP, ideally S/4Hana and advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization to create dashboards and reports
Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills. Able to influence across teams
Knowledge of supply chain and procurement frameworks, policies and regulations
