How you create impact
Develop new business opportunities within Fortaleza region by promoting and selling the company’s logistics solutions.
Expand the customer portfolio by prospecting potential clients through market research, visits, events, and direct outreach.
Manage your assigned customer portfolio, ensuring service quality, satisfaction, and retention.
Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on identified customer needs, conduct follow-ups, and negotiate deals through closure.
Support credit approval processes by collecting and providing required documentation from customers.
Conduct post‑sales follow-up to assess service acceptance and identify additional opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with company values, safety, quality, environmental policies, and all regulations related to logistics chain security and customs obligations.
Perform additional tasks aligned with business needs, branch priorities, or new work distributions.
What we would like you to bring
Education & Experience
Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Air or Sea Logistics.
Experience with customers in industries such as Pharma & Healthcare, Industrial, or Consumer is a strong advantage.
Skills & Expertise
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills and sales experience.
Negotiation expertise.
Customer‑centric mindset, strong planning skills, proactiveness, teamwork, and relationship‑building abilities.
English: Fluent.
