Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation , training , and continual operation of the MINT Training Management System (TMS) and Records and Qualifications. Additionally, this role will oversee the issuance, record keeping, and auditing of flight attendant qualification records to ensure continual regulatory compliance.
This role is a member of the Inflight Training Team.

Lead a team of direct reports through the implementation and continued operation of a Training Management System
Support and manage the development of a short and long-term implementation plan for a Training Management System
Coordinate with cross-functional groups such as IT, Finance, Operations, Program Development, and external vendors in support of product implementation and continued management of system
Identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive integration to support the successful transformation of the business unit
Develop and maintain an integration and system operation playbook
Develops and delivers presentations surrounding implementation progress and continued system performance to key stakeholders and Senior Management
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for all audits of the system, its processes, procedures, and associated training records
Support the Advanced Qualification Program team with data extraction and analysis
Flex to support additional projects and responsibilities, as needed
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of prior project management and/or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
2+ years of managing a team of direct reports
Advanced knowledge of FOS and associated systems
Prior experience issuing, auditing, and maintaining crew qualifications
Knowledge of enterprise Learning Management System (LMS)
Knowledge of Flight Attendant CBA
Advanced knowledge of FOS and associated systems
ISO 9001 certification
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to create structure and drive progress in an ambiguous environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
Strong task organizational skills with adherence to developed business practices
Ability to shift focus to new projects as business needs change
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
