This role is responsible for supporting the strategic vision for the future of the Customer Procurement Team, specifically supporting inflight Food and Beverage procurement.
This job is a member of the Procurement team within our Finance division
What you'll do

Proactively identify areas for process improvement
Manage a large database of small and diverse suppliers
Manage onboarding and system setup of new suppliers
Work within procurement and inflight dining systems to maintain supplier and product databases
Problem-solving of supplier invoice issues
Manage relationships with beverage supplier and distributor points of contact
Maintain product out of stock reports
Provide Category Managers with support during sourcing events
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint presentation development
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience with project management
Experience with administrative tasks
Knowledge in procurement and airport operations
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Proven analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, developing detailed logical analysis, and solving problems creatively
Self-motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence who can work independently to drive for results
Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver reporting on time
Ability to function in a high volume, multi-project, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement as well as proven success driving change
Ability to manage multiple inboxes, and scheduling
Ability to present initiatives and reporting to leadership
Ability to work within teams to accomplish goals
Ability to use databases to search and extract information
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Coupa (Spend Management Platform)
