ManpowerGroup QA Lab Technician - 2nd shift in Fort Worth, Texas
Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Food Safety and Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Lab Technician - 1st Shift
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range: $19.95
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM Includes extended hours and weekends based on business needs.
What's the Job?
Conduct QA pre-operation inspections and complete required documentation accurately.
Perform Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) and allergen swabbing to ensure safety standards.
Prepare daily microbiological samples, including labeling, sampling, and packing for testing.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment such as thermometers and testing devices.
Perform analytical testing including color, drained weights, and viscosities for various departments and studies.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in food science or related fields is preferred.
Previous experience in food safety, quality assurance, or laboratory work is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Basic computer skills; experience with SAP is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
