This job is a member of the Base Maintenance Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for planning, executing, and controlling all project work. This job also monitors and oversees costs and schedules for optimal project success.
What you'll do
Coordinates project scope, planning, and execution across multiple functional and cross-functional teams, including Maintenance Planning, Change Enablement, Analytics, Development, and User Interfaces/User Experience
Prioritize and manage project risks, issues, changes, actions, key decisions, and business readiness activities
Contributes to the Project Management expertise of the Workforce Administration organization; applies Project Management best practices, where warranted
Provides project updates to numerous audiences, including Senior Leaders
Challenges the status quo and keeps Tech Ops strategic goals in the forefront of decision-making
Holds a crucial role collaborating within Technical Operations, to affect success per the project goals of all workforce administration and special projects
Establishes project plans that consist of project goals, scope, timeline, milestones, tasks, communication, strategies, change enablement and deliverable schedules.
Acts as subject matter expert for any questions or issues in the project process and/or technical work details
Uses business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping, interviewing, facilitation, system component design, testing, and implementation.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Project Management, or equivalent work experience/training
3 years of experience as a Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Demonstrated investment in the Project Management discipline through advanced training or certifications
4+ years of direct Project Management experience
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office products
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Certified ScrumMaster or PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus
Ability to develop project plan, quality control goals as well as lessons learning opportunities
Problem resolution ability with a high degree of motivation, thoroughness, integrity, and reliability
Proven reliable Project Management skills, experience managing scope, technical details, and schedules
